Paul Mbua is an Entrepreneur, International Consultant, Trainer, IT Expert, Business Development Expert, Investment Expert, Policy Expert, Ecosystem Architect, IT Expert with over 17 years of professional experience working in multicultural environments in over 15 African countries working with Local Councils, Companies, Organizations, INGOs, Embassies, Government agencies, Associations, International organizations, and funders.

He is an ILO Certified Trainer, OACPS Policy Expert, working with government and international entities like i4policy, Enrich in Africa, Ambitious Africa, UBI, ITC to promote entrepreneurship and innovation in Africa.

With extensive experience working with youths all over Africa, Paul has trained and empowered more than 6000 youths in the past 15 years with impact based approach with a focus on Business development and capacity building, and income-generating activities for sustainability.

Work with Funded Projects like Enrich in Africa –EU funded to support the cross partnership between hubs in Africa and Europe, EU Funded Knterch program as a Consultant supporting both entrepreneurs and hubs. Was a Business Consultant for a GIZ, IBM-funded project to build the capacity of 3 startups in Uganda. And a consultant, and curriculum development Expert for both French and English languages under AFD fund for Afrilabs.

Gained experience In designing, implementing, and facilitating both national and local projects with the Ministry of Small and medium-size enterprises, the Ministry of Agriculture in Cameroon.

I have solid management, administrative, and project management experiences, communication skills, a Strong work ethic and leadership skills, and self-driven, team player, and analytical thinking. Has demonstrated organization and problem-solving with a deep understanding of both tech and entrepreneurial ecosystems in Africa, Europe, US
