Zixtech HUB was invited to join the Women in the Digital Economy Community of Practice (CoP), which was launched by USAID on March 12, 2024 on the sidelines of the 68th Commission on the Status of Women (CSW68) in New York.
The CoP brings together stakeholders from across the globe who are committed to closing the gender digital divide, along with funders of the Women in the Digital Economy Fund (WiDEF) and members of the Women in the Digital Economy Initiative who have committed to halving the gender digital divide by 2030.
The CoP was established by USAID with support from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and will be implemented as a project of the EQUALS Global Partnership for Gender Equality in the Digital Age. It will facilitate partnership building, knowledge sharing, collaboration, and coordination among its members in their quest to achieve the shared goal of closing the gender digital divide. Members of the CoP will also
be members of EQUALS.
Given your organization’s work and commitment to addressing the gender digital divide, we believe the participation of Zixtech HUB in the CoP would be extremely valuable.
